SHF-9200 LIVE is able perfectly to synchronize the touch&keyboard interface signals of the Epsilon 2000 and Epsilon 2000 Plus which use MAC OS and works greatly with SHF-213 LIVE remote control system that allows you to easily, quickly and safely operate the control screen of remote facility.
The combined solution of SHF-9200 LIVE and SHF-213 LIVE can efficiently perform facility management work through the network wherever you are through the dedicated viewer "ThinkViewer“.
With the combination of SHF-9200 LIVE and SHF-213 LIVE, you can have the great benefit of the patented technology ONE-IP solution which makes it possible for you to remote control by using the originally assigned facility IP as it is.
This combination can support the simultaneous connection up to 32 users and uses standard TCP/IP protocol, and provide a great high video resolution on the remote screen.
SHF-9200 LIVE has been verified that there is no phenomenon of mouse/keyboard/touch control slowing down during actual applications in the field of semiconductor facilities. Therefore SHF-9200 LIVE is able to check the real-time information of the facility and to take immediately an action on the issue of the facility.
